Two Ways to Participate


There are two ways for you to participate – in person or online. Both options offer opportunities for physicians, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to learn about the latest in NM, US, MSK, and EDX medicine, as well as to earn CME/CEUs and network with colleagues from around the world.

In-Person Meeting Option

Registering for the in-person meeting option offers experiences that are not available through the virtual option, such as admission to your choice of concurrent in-person sessions, participation in hands-on workshops, access to the Exhibit Hall and the Poster Hall, and opportunities to connect with friends and colleagues through various social events. There is even a reduced rate for attendees who can only attend on Friday and Saturday.

Please note that if a workshop or ticketed session is not listed during registration, this indicates the session is at full capacity. We value your interest and recommend exploring other available workshops and sessions.

Virtual Meeting Option

The virtual meeting option is offered for those unable to join us in person. This option includes access to both the Annual Meeting Video Collection and an interactive livestream of specific featured sessions.

The Annual Meeting Video Collection includes recordings from most of the in-person meeting sessions, and is available in an easy-to-access, on-demand format. Registration gives you access to all content in the video collection forever and the option to claim credits for 3 years.

You can also join featured sessions via livestream and chat with other virtual attendees, connect with the live audience, and have questions answered by the presenters.

The Annual Meeting Video Collection contains recordings of most of the sessions; however, it does not include Ask the Experts sessions, sessions that experience technical difficulty during recording, or workshops.

Save on your meeting registration and receive many other benefits by joining Âé¶¹APP.

*NOTES for NONMEMBERS

Nonmember Technologists, Researchers, and Collaborators must obtain support from an Âé¶¹APP Fellow Member via a Letter of Support document to finalize their registration. You will be asked for contact information of your supporting physician during the meeting registration process.

Nonmember Medical Students need to email a copy of their school transcript or proof of their medical school status to aanem@aanem.org to register. Medical Students will receive a free Âé¶¹APP membership in addition to their registration.

Nonmember Advanced Practice Providers can register after an Âé¶¹APP physician member emails the APP's name and email address to aanem@aanem.org. APPs will receive a free Âé¶¹APP membership that allows them to register for the annual meeting at the member rate.

Employees working for companies that develop products/services for neuromuscular physicians should contact corporate@aanem.org for help with registration.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

While we hope everyone who registers for the annual meeting will be able to attend, we understand that circumstances may sometimes prevent this from happening. Âé¶¹APP has established the following policy for those who request a refund.

Refund requests received prior to 60 days from the start of late registration will be refunded at 100%.

Refund requests received 60 days to 14 days from the start of late registration will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee and any remaining amount will be refunded.

Refund requests received after 14 days from the start of late registration will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee and any remaining amount will be credited toward future Âé¶¹APP purchases (credit expires 2 years after the first day of the annual meeting). Registration fees will not be refunded after the start of late registration1.

1Individual workshops that were purchased in addition to the standard registration fee may be cancelled during the meeting, as long as the attendee has not cancelled their standard meeting registration. A refund of 50% of the purchase price will be provided.

All refund/cancellation requests for the meeting must be submitted by emailing aanem@aanem.org. Cancellations will not be accepted over the telephone or by mail.

Payment

All fees must be paid in US dollars drawn on a US bank. Full payment by check or credit card is required.

Permission to Use Image

By participating in Âé¶¹APP’s Annual Meeting or related activity ("Meeting"), all participants, attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors ("You") create an agreement between you and Âé¶¹APP regarding the use and distribution of your image, including but not limited to your name, voice, written words, and likeness ("Image"). By attending the meeting, you acknowledge and agree that still, video, audio and/or other digital recordings may be taken of you and you grant permission to Âé¶¹APP (and its agents) to utilize, in perpetuity, your image in any electronic or print distribution, or by other means hereinafter created, both now and in the future, for any lawful purpose as determined by Âé¶¹APP. 

Audio or video recording any session or any part of the annual meeting is strictly prohibited. Representatives are not permitted to videotape or photograph anything in the exhibit hall. All videotaping or photography requires prior permission from the Âé¶¹APP.

Attendee List Sharing 

As part of our commitment to providing a valuable experience for both attendees and exhibitors, Âé¶¹APP shares a basic attendee list with exhibitors prior to the meeting. This list only includes names, companies, and city/state information—no emails, street addresses, or other contact details are provided. The purpose of this list is simply to help exhibitors understand the types of professionals attending the meeting. If you prefer not to be included on this list, please contact corporate@aanem.org before the meeting. 
 

Additionally, while visiting the exhibit hall or industry forums, you can choose to have your badge scanned to provide exhibitors with more detailed information. Scanning is completely optional and gives you control over what information is shared. We appreciate your participation and look forward to a great meeting!
